D40-2798; 1949 One-Piece Dress
10-piece pattern originally by Simplicity, 'gathers and soft pleats at the lower edge release fullness in the kimono-sleeved bodice. The fitted midriff section points up the shaped V neckline. The skirt features soft pleats in front and pockets are concealed in the side seams. Buttons may trim the center front seam of the bodice and midriff. Style 1 has three-quarter fitted sleeves. In Style 2 the sleeves are short and shaped'.
5/8” seams are given.

Fits 14-16 (32 to 34" bust, 26 to 28" waist, 35 to 37" hip).
